Starting on October 30, 2018, HungryDucks will be joining Grubhub. You’ll still have access to the same great features and services you enjoyed on HungryDucks, but things may look a little different.

Why is HungryDucks changing to Grubhub?

HungryDucks has joined the Grubhub family! Starting October 30, by logging onto Grubhub, you’ll have access to the same great features and services you enjoyed on HungryDucks but things may look a little different. It’s important to us that you experience a smooth transition, so if you have any questions or concerns, please email orderupsupport@grubhub.com

In what market will HungryDucks be changing to Grubhub?

HungryDucks will be joining the Grubhub family in Eugene, OR.

Will my account login change?

Starting October 30, if you have never signed into Grubhub before, you will be able to sign in to Grubhub using your HungryDucks credentials. If you have signed in to Grubhub before, please use your previous Grubhub credentials; your HungryDucks credentials will not work on Grubhub.

My HungryDucks credentials are not working on Grubhub? What should I do?

Please check that you used the same email address and password. If the issue persists, please contact orderupsupport@grubhub.com

I forgot my HungryDucks password. What should I do?

Please select “Forgot Password” when trying to sign in to Grubhub. Instructions to reset your password will then be sent to you. If you have any further questions, please contact orderupsupport@grubhub.com

How will my account information be used by Grubhub?

Once you sign in to Grubhub, your account information and all other information that you submit will become subject to the Grubhub Terms of Use and Privacy Policy. Please review carefully. If you do not wish Grubhub to retain your HungryDucks account information, please contact orderupsupport@grubhub.com

What if I have HungryDucks credit in my account?

Any credit you currently have will remain in your HungryDucks account and can be applied to future purchases until October 30th. After your market has transitioned to Grubhub, existing HungryDucks gift cards or non-promotional credits will be eligible for a refund from OrderUp. Gift cards and non-promotional credits will not be transferred to your Grubhub account. Please contact help@orderup.com for more information and assistance.

I do not want to receive emails from Grubhub. How do I opt out?

We will be sorry to see you go, but if you no longer wish to receive Grubhub emails, you can unsubscribe by clicking on the “unsubscribe” link at the bottom of any Grubhub commercial email message. Please note that even if you unsubscribe from Grubhub commercial email messages, we may still email you non-commercial emails related to your account and your transactions on the Grubhub sites.

Will my order history be preserved on Grubhub?

If you have an existing Grubhub account, your HungryDucks account history will not be reflected on Grubhub. If you have never signed up for Grubhub and you sign in using your HungryDucks credentials, your HungryDucks account history including address, payment methods, etc. will be reflected within your new Grubhub account.
