We partner with restaurants and email you directly from our servers, so restaurants do not actually receive your email address, and by providing your email address, you are agreeing to receive promotional emails from GrubHub.com. We strive to send only pertinent information to you.

Guidelines for ReviewsReviews are approved based on the following criteria:
Relevancy Reviewers must have had an experience with the restaurant
firsthand.
Acceptable Content
We reserve the right, but are not obligated to reject or approve reviews on the site. A subset of the potential
reasons for rejection are:
- Offensive Language: Profanity, abusive, racist, and hate language is not tolerated in our interactive
sections.
- Discrimination based on the grounds of religion, race, gender, national origin, age, marital status, sexual
orientation or disability.
- References to illegal activity
- Conflicts of interest: Competing restaurants are not allowed to post negative reviews. Violation of this
will result in permanent removal from our site without refund.
- Allegations of health code violations.
Appropriate Children under 13 are not allowed to use the site. However, reviews
must be appropriate should a child read them.
Not Endorsed Reviews are not endorsed by GrubHub.com, and do not represent the
views of: GrubHub.com, our parent companies, our subsidiaries, family members, pets, or our inanimate objects.
GrubHub.com does not assume liability for any review or for any claims, liabilities or losses resulting from any use
of our sites, or information on our sites.
Owned by GrubHub.com Reviews are owned by GrubHub.com exclusively in perpetuity. We
have the right to reproduce, modify, translate, transmit, and/or distribute all materials relating to reviews.
GrubHub.com is under no obligation to pay the author or anyone else for their reviews. All your base are now belong
to us.
Removable Each review may be removed if requested by one of our users. If you are

Return Policy
GrubHub takes customer satisfaction very seriously. In the case of problems with your food order, please contact the restaurant directly. In the case of problems with a GrubHub charge to your credit card, please contact Webmeister@GrubHub.com within 7 days of the order to receive a full or partial refund. GrubHub performs a review of order history for evidence of fraud prior to issuing refunds.
