  • “Consistently good takeout in times square where most options are subpar. I particularly enjoy the lunch crispy tilapia with basil sauce, and the dumpling woon-sen soup. The crispy duck salad is hit or miss. Definitely recommend ordering online as they are always busy and take a while in person.”

  • “Delicious food! I ordered the green curry lunch special and it's the best I've found in the neighborhood. The delivery, though, was awful. The estimated delivery time was 60-90 minutes, but my food took over 2 hours and was lukewarm by the time I got it. So, 5 stars for the food and 1 star for delivery!”

  • “Excellent lunch special. Pad See Ewe was very well prepared, and the dumplings were equally fantastic. Mix of spices better than what would be expected of the average thai restaurant.”

  • “Most other Thai food has really gone down hill in the last 10 years, tasting more like Chinese take-out at higher prices. Qi has both an elegant location and great food. This has become my favorite Thai restaurant in the neighborhood. We order 2-3 times a week!”

  • “I loveeeeee Qi when dinning in but the delivery food was not as great. The spicy Thai Basil fried rice was meh and it's normally my fave. Wasn't spicy and tasted like old white rice w a smodgen of soy sauce :-( I'll stick to just eating in there.”

  • “I ordered the dumpling soup and the duck salad. The soup was great, simple broth and just wanted I wanted. The salad was amazing! I think they put mint in it but whatever herbs and spices was so yummy! Delivery was fast, too.”

  • “Delivery took three hours (estimated 45 min-1 hour), and when it arrived it was cold. When I called at the 2 hour mark, they had trouble finding my order, and then after a long time on hold with someone obviously very busy, they said it "just went out". The Delivery Man was impolite upon arrival. While I will likely visit the restaurant in person as I know it is excellent there, I will not order food for delivery again.”

  • “i like the food here, but when I called to ask why my food had not arrived after an hour and 15 minutes, he said that they are busy and hung up on me. Thats just rude. I've been a regular customer here for a while, and I just expect to be treated with a little more respect. I'm a very forgiving person and if they at least apologized I might not be as upset. Customer service is very important when you are in the food industry. ”

  • “Food is always good here, great deals too, I order lunch for pickup periodically and would recommend Qi to dine in or to pick up from. This order is the only negative experience i've ever had. The food was perfect, nothing wrong there, but it took more than an hour for an order of pad thai to be picked up. I assume the order got mixed up or something because it was pretty dead in the restaurant as I sat at the bar playing with my phone. To their credit, all of my other orders have been timely. ”

  • “I called to try to cancel my order because I saw the wait time was 90-105 minutes. They told me that the delivery guy had already left. After waiting 30 minutes, and no delivery guy, I tried to call back to cancel my order (I have a short lunch break). Everytime I called, they would just hang up on me. Now I am on the phone with Seamless to cancel this order and get a refund. Horrible customer service!”

  • “I Absolutely love Qi!! I have been to many different Thai food places and no food compares to Qi. The Pad Thai is perfectly sauced and never dry with delicious seasonings. I also love nearly all of their apps especially the chicken and shrimp dumplings. Their Pumpkin curry is my second favorite it is slightly sweet and spicy. This is one of those places you take everyone to, co workers, friends, your significant other and even people visiting the city. I Highly recommend a trip here. ”
