  • “Amazing Indian food that sounds out compared to the million other Indian places in East Village. The tikka's are amazing.”

  • “Such a shame as the food from here is awesome (if expensive) but the service and delivery is TERRIBLE. After waiting over an hour for my food - which took 25 minutes to get from the restaurant to me alone - the food arrived cold and inedible. The woman on the phone (who put me on hold three times to deal with other customers) offered me a discount off a future order. Even though the food wasn't edible! I had to demand they resend me hot food, which they agreed but couldn't promise me when it would be there or if it would be any quicker than the previous order. So potentially two hours wasted sat in waiting for food that's just ok to eat. This happened once before and I had to re-cook the food myself. Should have learned my lesson! Lots of other awesome Indian restaurants in the East Village - order from them instead! ”

  • “Love the food here! My brother introduced me to it just last week, and I have to say it's very delicious. The Jalfrezi and the Madras are sooo yummy! I've tried the Korma too, and while it was very good, I should have asked them to add a little spicy to it. Also, they have "real" paneer... Not the squeaky kind you get with most Indian restaurants in America.”

  • “Their prices are cheaper than Dhaba & Devi but they serve the same quality of food. Love the lasuni gobi, paneer tikka curry, mango lassi & garlic naan. The service is always quicker than they estimate which is great and the delivery is super friendly. I have eaten a lot of Indian restaurants so I know my Indian food & love it so. I also dined in this restaurant and have been pleasantly surprised with the decor and had ordered a Goan spicy shrimp entree that was superb. In short I love this place and it is great for vegetarians.”

  • “Decided to ignore the reviews about bad delivery and ordered from here. Big mistake. Delivery time said 25-40 minutes and took no less than 1.5hrs to arrive. Chicken tikka had a large film of oil on the top and to top it off they forgot my raita that I paid for (I am a huge raita fan and cannot eat Indian without it..) I called them to complain and the lady said they were too busy but will give me 2 raita's next time. Don't know how that would help me as I am still without raita and I will never be ordering delivery from there again.”

  • “This is the best Indian I have ordered from Seamless yet. It actually has flavor, and a little spice. I did the chicken tikka masala and garlic naan. It was super nice and flavorful and even the mildly spicy had a nice kick of spice. Naan was large and fluffy. It is expensive but I think worth it. ”

  • “Worst delivery service I've ever experienced. Placed my order 2 hours ago and I still haven't received it, even after calling. And I live around the corner. Don't know how this is possible. Don't order from here - there are loads of better options in the area that deliver on time.”

  • “I'd say it's a solid 4.5 stars. A bit pricier than the typical Indian restaurant but it is that much better. I got the chicken tikki masala (ordered very spicy and they delivered) and garlic naan. Naan was fair which I docked them for but the chicken was delicious.”

  • “I ordered food from Brick Lane Curry House twice this year. It only showed up the first time. The second time the order was confirmed in the app, and listed as sent out for delivery. Two hours after I placed the order, I called and they denied receiving the order. I spoke to Seamless and was told that the restaurant has to initiate the updates. So the staff at the restaurant lied to me on top of failing to deliver. The food is great, if it ever shows up. The service is non-existent.”
