The second time I ordered a meal with a shrimp scampi addition that was no longer offered. I tried unsuccessfully to call grubHub and the dining-in delivery service make certain that the additional charges be removed since they no longer carried the item that I ordered because it still appeared on their online menu. I have not received an adjusted bill. Friday's needs to check their orders to insure that they are complete before delivery. GrubHub should insure that I am only charged for what I get.”

  • “Gross! About 1/3 of the way through my meal I was chewing and felt something hard. I spit it out and it was a piece of fingernail. I called Fridays, and they asked what I ordered and tried to say that it was a piece of a shrimp tail. Umm, no. I cook with shrimp; I also sometimes bite my nails, and I VERY much know the difference between a shrimp tail and a nasty bitten-off fingernail. NEVER again. Plus the portions are substantially smaller when you get delivery, but I won't be eating there ever again, not at that location. No dine-in, no delivery, NOTHING.”

Instead, they quoted almost two hours for delivery. I was on the phone to find out where it was 15 minutes after the latest time when the food arrives. As I said, it was good, just cold and at that point I was a little annoyed with waiting over 2 hours. If you're going to charge an outrageous price for delivery, treat your delivery customers better. ”
