  • “In person, Mughlai is amazing food with unfortunate staff who try to upsell you at every opportunity. If you order rice, they will say "lemon rice?". If you order wine, they will try to get you to order a more expensive wine. If you order na'an, they will try to upsell you on a fancier bread. It's generally annoying, and makes you feel like you're in a cheap rundown restaurant. They also bring you the wrong dish about one in four times. Take-out unfortunately doesn't match the quality you get in person, and sometimes the dishes don't even resemble what you get in restaurant. Also, like in-person, you don't always get what you order. Even though the saag dish you ordered suspiciously contains no spinach, it tastes quite good. Sort of an adventure. Still, one of the better UWS indian take-outs. ”

This turned out to be a bad idea. My order was placed at 6PM, delivery was expected at 7PMish, came at 8:10. The food was also cold and needed to be microwaved. There was also no silverware. I was very disappointed and I give Mughlai a 2 star rating for take out because it took over 2 hours (I WAS STARVING) and was cold. Sorry. ”
