  • “Good food. But they don't know what they are doing. Ordered delivery at 8:30PM and it never arrived. I called them and they said it was on the way. Then they closed at 10PM. Not great. ”

  • “The food is worth the wait! I ordered from here and it took about 30 minutes longer then the estimated time and to be honest I was really upset until I tasted the food. Everything was still hot and every bite was amazing. Just know if you order from here you will need to order it earlier then you think but it really is worth the wait. I will order from here again.”

  • “Food was really great! I had a Cubano Especial, chicken empanada, and maduros and everything was awesome! Could have used more pickle on the Cuban, and I was really disappointed that delivery took the ENTIRE delivery window (literally to the last minute), but I would definitely order again. Looking forward to trying the rest of the menu!”

  • “This place is great. Floridita should have a much higher rating, but someone gave the place 0 stars even though they wrote positively. Solid, authentic Cuban food and prompt delivery. One of the best empanadas in Harlem.”

  • “I like the food and order regularly, but this place is a sketchy cheap place when it comes to giving you what you pay for. 2.50 for bacon side apparently equals 1 strip of bacon. Unlike it was when I first ordered, which was 2 pieces. Then u call and they don't wanna do anything to fix the issue. They just don't do anything. This is a trend in this area where delivery from these restaurants take advantage of your credit card info, charge you extra, then just don't care whether they give you want u order or not. They lost my business, this has happened twice now and I assume it will keep happening, typical ghetto harlem restaurant. ”

  • “I've order from them two times before. The first two times they were slow on delivery but the food was still hot. Mind you they're only 5 minutes away by bike. The last order was for two Angus cheeseburgers and fries. The burgers AND fries were cold. They can do better. I'm giving them a rest for at least a month, or I'll go pick the food up myself.”

The seafood salad was also fairly good, and their make your own juice blends are amazing! I'd definitely suggest that if you haven't ever tried it before.”

  • “I ordered the camarones empanizados which is listed on the menu as a sauted shrimp dish in olive oil and white wine in a creole sauce. What did I get? Over-fried shrimp on a bed of lettuce. When I called to complain, the manager argued me down telling me that camarones empanizados is fried shrimp. When I read the description of the dish published on seamless.com, the manager said "oh, we didn't update the menu yet. We only have fried shrimp". No apologies, he just told me to call seamless.com for a refund if I didn't want a restaurant credit. So, I'm stuck with over-fried, salty, rubbery shrimp for dinner. Thanks a lot guys. Needless to say, this will be my first and last order from "Harlem's Floridita" on 12th Ave! Update your online MENU!!!”

  • “I ordered chicken empanada. I received cheese. One bite in and I hate it. It's very dry. I order a cuban burgan well done. It is not well done. And it has a funny taste. I will say, I blame myself for the burger bc Cubans are not known for burgers. I should've done the cuban sandwich or a stew. I will never make this same mistake again. That being said, I will try again. I will abandon any thoughts of an appetizer but I will try the goat or cuban stew. :-)”

  • “I could not be more excited to see Floridita added to Seamless. Born and raised in Miami, I was not terribly optimistic when I went to try this place out. They seriously delivered. Their caf con leche reminds me of home and their ropa vieja is amazing. Needless to say, all of their sandwiches are also fantastic. Everything is cheap, too. My recommendation would absolutely be to GO TO THIS RESTAURANT, because the staff are great, the ambience is nice, and if you need a little bit of Spanish-speaking to make you feel like home - this place is it. But second best - order from here!”
