  • “Really good mole (my test for Mexican), delish pork tacos, and the nachos were solid. Delivery was fast and the food was packaged well. Also important, they honored my "no cilantro, please" request.”

  • “I've ordered from this place at least 6 times and the food is EXCELLENT. The quality of the ingredients is excellent and everything tastes fresh. The carnitas soft tacos are amazing! The pork is juicy and well seasoned and the veggies are crisp and fresh. The tamales are also delicious. The chicken filling has a great seasoning and their mole is smokey and chocolatey. The shrimp quesadilla is also excellent and highly recommended. For 9$ you get a quesadilla STUFFED with shrimp and delicious cheese and spices. Definitely worth the price. Their Camarones Al Ajillo "plato fuerte" was garlicy and spicy and absolutely delicious but the portion was tiny (5 shrimp one scoop of rice and one scoop of black beans for 16$). I can usually eat one restaurant dinner for 2 meals and I finished this in one sitting easy. Absolutely delicious but a little overpriced. Finally the desserts: I've tried the chocolate cake (7$) the tres leches cake (4$) and the flan (4.50$). All three were very good, especially the tres leches cake which was very well priced for the size. The chocolate cake is tiny (hockey puck) but decadent and delicious so if you don't mind the 7$ price tag, I'd highly recommend it. The flan is good but not excellent but I'd still recommend it. Overall the food here is excellent!”

  • “Use to really love this place since moving into the neighborhood but they have been very slow lately and when you go in for pick up you'll notice the B health code rating. Seeing the health code rating is not shown on Seamless and it's big. There are better Mexican restaurants in El Barrio.”

  • “Get delivery from this restaurant at least 2-3x a month with my roommate. We get the chicken tacos and guac! Love the chicken tacos, they are very fresh and filling. The guacamole is good, I ask for spicy and it could be a little bit more spicy but its delicious!! Every now and then we get the rice and beans which is fine. They also delivery really quickly so you do not have to wait long! Would highly recommend!!!!!! ”

  • “Ordered food tonight and it an 1:45 minutes to be delivered. Called and spent 5 minutes on hold only to receive information that the ordered had been delivered. Completely unsympathetic! Food was awful! Asked for mild guacamole and it was spicy. MY children would not eat it. Unacceptable service and food. Disgraceful!!”

  • “We ordered: Cozumel Ceviche Camarones al Ajillo Chuleta Asada This place is great! I can't wait to eat there in person. This review is for delivery. Haven't been able to find great mexican in NY since I moved here and the "other" El Paso on 97th St. is not good so don't confuse them. I'm on the UES so I'm sure there are some great options in other parts of town that I don't know. The highllight of this order for me was the Chuleta Asada. This double cut pork chop dish was to die for. It is really hard to cook a double chop and it was PERFECTLY cooked. And HUGE. And for $13,95 - a steal. A chop that size anywhere else in this city would be more than twice the price. I highly recommend ordering it. The Ceviche was good but not spectacular. However I would try it for a dine-in situation to see if the take out effected it any. But the fish was fresh. There was nothing funky about it at all. I've just had better. The Camerones were also excellent -- so flavorful. The cactus salad that came as a side with the dishes was also great! I loved the food we got -- especially for take out. It came on time and hot. Can't wait to go there.”
