  • “I'm usually happy with the food here until today. I ordered the Assiette de Charcuteries based on the fact that it came with french fries. This is the quote from the description: "Platter of soppresata, sausage, duck pate, seasonal greens and French fries." I even took a screenshot to make sure I wasn't crazy. My order didn't arrive with fries and I called the restaurant to correct the mistake. Their response was that the dish didn't come with fries. Well tough luck because the site said it did. Anyone with good customer service skills would promptly send me an order of fries to fix the mistake and then change it on the site. Instead she said she would speak to the manager and hung up. When I called back she said they were too busy to talk. When I finally spoke to the manager he was unapologetic and said it would be $8 if I want fries. Will not be back.”

The sandwich was soggy, the bread was falling apart - it really was very unappetizing. The omelette was okay but the potatoes were in the same container and they were soggy and tasteless. I won't be ordering from here again. ”

  • “The food here is OK. But only OK. Like many West VIllage restaurants that have a large tourist trade, the food is rather pedestrian, and overcooked. But the worst part is getting delivered on time, that requires a huge effort. Three phone calls to the place to ask where was the food? I was told it left and should be there any second. Called back twenty minutes later, the man who answered asked me if I ordered on Seamless Web or the phone, put me on hold and then another man came on the line asked for my information again, put me on hold again, and then told me it would be there in two minutes. Eight minutes later it did arrive. The hot dishes were cold. The soup luke warm. After all that waiting and phone calls, the food was a real disappointment. This place needs to get organized if they're going to want West Village families delivery dollars, which I know from myself and my neighbors (who all use Seamless Web daily) ain't chump change.”

I don't need the bacon burned, but when parts of it are still white that means they have not been cooked long enough and undercooked bacon can make a person very ill. The mashed potatoes were too buttery, but thankfully edible.”
