Some content

What is happening to Foodler?

On October 17, Foodler is joining Grubhub, the national leader in restaurant delivery. That means you’ll be able to order from more restaurants than ever - including many of your Foodler favorites.

You will not be able to place any orders on the Foodler site or through the Foodler mobile app after this date. However, you can use the Grubhub website and app, which make it easy for you to discover and order from great local restaurants with exciting features like preorder and pickup.

What is happening to the Foodler website and app?

The Foodler website and app will no longer take orders starting October 17. Please visit Grubhub.com or download the Grubhub app to discover and order from great local restaurants with exciting features like preorder and pickup.

Will my account login change?

Starting October 17, if you have never logged into Grubhub before, your Foodler credentials will work on Grubhub. If you have logged into Grubhub before using the email you used for your Foodler account, please use your previous Grubhub credentials; your Foodler credentials will not work on Grubhub.

My Foodler credentials are not working on Grubhub? What should I do?

Please check that you used the same email address and password. If the issue persists, please contact FoodlerSupport@grubhub.com.

I forgot my Foodler password. What should I do?

Please select “Forgot Password” when trying to log into Grubhub. Instructions to reset your password will then be sent to you. If you have any further questions, please contact FoodlerSupport@grubhub.com.

How will my account information be used by Grubhub?

As part of Foodler joining the Grubhub family, your existing Foodler account information and all other information that you submit will now be subject to the Grubhub Terms of Use and Privacy Policy. If you do not wish Grubhub to retain your Foodler account information, please contact FoodlerSupport@grubhub.com.

What happens with the Foodler Rewards Program when the Foodler site shuts down?

While you can no longer earn Foodler Points, purchase FoodlerBucks or qualify or share Foodler Gold status through the Foodler Rewards Program, you can continue redeeming the rewards you have already earned as of August 23, 2017.

Keep an eye out for an email from Grubhub on or around October 17 for ways to redeem with Grubhub. All remaining Foodler Points and FoodlerBucks will be converted to a Grubhub equivalent in Grubhub egift card value subject to applicable terms. Alternatively, depending on your Foodler Points balance, you will have the option to redeem for merchandise, retail gift cards, and cash by submitting a request through this site. If you had Foodler Gold status as of August 23, 2017, we will continue to honor that status for purposes of redemption of the Foodler Points. The Foodler Rewards Program Terms & Conditions will govern the redemption process; see here for more details.

**Please note, once you select a form of redemption for your Foodler Points and FoodlerBucks, you cannot reverse that decision. For example, once you use any portion of the $20 Grubhub egift card value sent to you by email based on your conversion of 6,000 Foodler Points and $10 FoodlerBucks, you cannot reverse that decision. At that point, your Foodler Points and FoodlerBucks balance is extinguished. Also, your Foodler Points and FoodlerBucks will expire unless you make a selection before February 23, 2018.

How do I find out about my current Foodler Points and FoodlerBucks balance or Foodler Gold status?

If you have a balance of Foodler Points or FoodlerBucks or maintain Foodler Gold status, you can always check your Foodler account before October 17, 2017. However, after October 17, 2017, when the Foodler site and app are no longer accessible, Foodler will send you an email with your rewards details on or around October 17.

If you still have questions, contact FoodlerSupport@grubhub.com.

See the Foodler Rewards Program Terms & Conditions here for more details.
