Decades ago, on this very page, we committed ourselves to doing good – to acting as a “palpable force for good” in each of our communities. And we asked you, reader, to let us know how and where you’d like to see us focus our charitable efforts.

Thanks to your feedback, we’ve now defined our focus. We’re setting our charitable sights on the very real (and very overlooked) issue of eradicating hunger in American cities.

Think about it like this – 17.2 million households in America don’t have access to the food they need to adequately supply their bodies with proper nutrition. Our goal is to combat that stat in any way we can.

So far this year, we have worked with Feeding America to donate enough cash to provide more than 50,000 meals to hungry people in your cities. We’ll be doing plenty more along those lines very soon.

As always, we’d love to hear your ideas…
Send any suggestions, large or small, to doinggood@grubhub.com and we’ll see what we can do.

Internet Explorer 6, eh? Sadly, we can no longer support your outdated internet cruiser.

Why? Because it's old. Older than the iPod, older than Windows XP, even older than East Timor. So we're pulling the plug, and some site features might not work for you. Switch over to Firefox, Google Chrome, or the latest version of IE.

Sadly, we're no longer supporting IE7.

Why? It's old, and it just can't keep up with us anymore so we're pulling the plug. This means some site features might not work for you anymore. We recommend taking a look at Firefox, Google Chrome, or the latest version of IE.
