I used GrubHub because I had an exam the next day and wanted to save time on dinner so that I could study, but when I arrived (when the order was supposed to be ready), they had not put in my order. Then, when I told them that I'd rather just cancel the order, they told me I couldn't since I had already paid (and they had just put my order in after I asked about it), so I told them that, in that case, I'd run a few errands while I waited for it. When I returned half an hour later, they told me that they had canceled my order. Overall, I lost about an hour waiting for a dinner that never came.”
