First experience: I was a bit hesitant, especially since the reviews mentioned several times that things had been forgotten and Wing Zone didn't particularly care. However, my experience was great. I ordered the cheeseburger GrubHub special. It arrived hot and tasty, and exactly how I ordered it. I was pleased. Second experience: Since my first experience had gone so well, I wasn't terribly worried about a second experience. However, this one did not go so well. The food arrived hot, but was wrong. I got a burger with dried liquid cheese (velveeta-esque) and bacon, which I hadn't ordered. Since the cheese was dried, it was easy to peel off the burger, so I threw that and the bacon away. I ate the rest, though Wing Zone did not send any burger dressings at all (no lettuce, no mayo, etc). About 20 minutes after I'd finished eating, Wing Zone called to ask if I'd gotten my burger dressings. When I said no, they offered a $3 discount to a future order. I was happy with that.

We have ordered many times from WingnZone in the past. The food is fairly good, but do not be surprised if you do not get exactly what you order - especially in the way if extras. This time, two of the three meals included drinks with them. Clearly, it was stated on the itemized order sheet which was presented for signing on delivery. The driver arrived with only one drink, appantly surprised that I was expecting what was ordered. To top it off, the drink was neither of the two brands I requested when a person from the restaurant (not Grub Hub) called me to verify what I would like. Disappointing, but I have come to realize this is very common when ordering through Grub Hub.

The reason we're hanging out at a 3 here is that the food is great, but the customer service is actually terrible (and I'm really not a hard person to please)! I've always loved the Buffalo Blue sandwich with chicken fingers, but have now had two bad experiences where only part of my order arrived (once there was no fries with the sandwich and another time none of the toppings were included, so I literally had just chicken fingers and bread). I wouldn't have a problem with this if the staff at least appeared apologetic and attempted to quickly fix the situation, but that was definitely not the case! I was disappointed because the food is very good, but I've had bad customer service experiences the two times that I've interacted with them and will probably not give them a third chance.

I didn't find out they don't deliver to my area until I called back to find out what happened to my food! They canceled my order, and didn't bother to notify me. This is ridiculous!
