Order placed on 11.16.09.The worst delivery experience I've ever had! After waiting for an hour for my food, I was called by the delivery driver and told to come outside to get my items b/c there was no parking. ARE YOU SERIOUS?!? He refused to come to the floor of my office and basically threw my food at me when I went downstairs. No more Rumi for me. The food is decent but the customer service is horrible.

Order placed on 9.9.09.Pizza was cold, delivered over an hour after the expected delivery time (It was to be delivered only a few blocks away and ordered just a pizza!). I called several times to inquire about my order but no answer on the phone. Pizza wasn't worth the wait.

Order placed on 10.31.09.Out of all of the restaurants I've reviewed so far this is my favorite. The food was absolutely delicious and the prices were fair as well. Will definitely order from here again. FYI, out of 5 reviews this is my first positive one. The food is really good.
