The worst delivery experience I've ever had! After waiting for an hour for my food, I was called by the delivery driver and told to come outside to get my items b/c there was no parking. ARE YOU SERIOUS?!? He refused to come to the floor of my office and basically threw my food at me when I went downstairs. No more Rumi for me. The food is decent but the customer service is horrible.

After waiting for almost an hour and half the food was disappointing as well. We ordered the turkey and avocado sandwich and the lamb kabob with veggies. The sandwich came cold and the kabob was actually these strangely flavored, unseasoned, little meatballs. Not worth the wait or money - we will not be ordering from here again.
