Ordered at 10:15AM. At 11:15AM I called to check on the order and was rudely told that they were busy with lunch. No apologies. ...after almost 2 hours, I canceled the order. Folks, be careful when you tip in advance. BTW, they gave the grubhub customer service guy a story about parking problems at their location, but then lied to him or her about having left already.

I waited close to 2 hours for my food. I called the restaurant twice, and they have told me its rush hour and that we live far away. It was not rush hour. I mapped it, it was an 11 minute drive, 2.8 miles. The person working cut me off, was completely uninterested in actually checking on my order, helping me or providing customer service of any sort. I asked can I have a refund, something taken off, anything and the answer was no. I contacted Grub Hub, and thank goodness I placed my order through Grub Hub. Grub Hub responded immediately, assisted me, got my food delivered and somehow reasoned with the restaurant to return 10% of my bill to me. (Still not enough in my opinion, but it's something.) My food was actually not completely cold and it was ok tasting. Bottom line: I will never order from this restaurant again.

They delivered the wrong pizza to me, and it took a while to come. But, considering it wasn't even what I ordered, the pizza was really GOOD! I'll definitely be giving them a second chance to get it right.

The food was horrendous. The pizza had no sauce, despite me asking for extra sauce. The mozzarella sticks were cold. I guess this was due to the driver being about 30 minutes later than the ETA. I would recommend you to try your luck elsewhere.

Got the Fetuccine Alfredo with shrimp. Very good and the bread was so good I couldn't stop eating it.
