Duccini's is the BEST delivery pizza in DC. And since that is not actually a very high bar, I will also say that Duccini's is objectively great pizza.

I've had pretty good experience with GrubHub... but the delivery ppl forgot my coke and blue cheese dressing. I paid for it too... what do i need to do in order to get my money back?

I've been ordering takeout from Duccini's for years, and have never had a real problem. Their food is the best delivery Italian around, and I have yet to have a better stromboli than their anywhere outside of NY.

The first time I ordered from Grub Hub I was satisfied with the restaurant and the service. When I ordered from Duccini's, however, I was in for a rude surprise. I ordered my food through GrubHub and sat down to wait. An hour later, the food still hadn't arrived. I called Duccini's, and they had absolutely no record of my transaction. They kept me on the line nearly 30 minutes trying to figure out what happened, despite my protest to just forget the GrubHub transaction and take the regular order. When the food finally did arrive (after they took my order over the phone and had to write my credit card number on a piece of paper because the machine was broken), it was cold and soggy. Overall, my experience with Duccini was a poor one, and I may not order from GrubHub either in the future.

This was the first bad experience I've had with Duccini's, but our cheesesticks were still cold inside and the delivery driver forgot the drinks. He swore he'd be right back with them - but came back almost 50 minutes later to hand me two cokes. Obviously, we'd already eaten by then. One third of the order was undercooked, one third was forgotten and then delivered an hour later, but the last third was delicious.
