I can't belive the "yelpers" are giving this place 4 stars! General's chicken tasted like it came out of a microwave and I asked for extra hoison sauce with my Yu-shi-pork but was delivered none, had some in my fridge but shouldn't have needed it. Also, fried Wontons were overcooked, hard and dry. It's best to put them under just before the order is placed to prevent this.

We ordered in last Saturday night. Charlie Chiang's delivered in the timeframe they promised and we dug in enthusiastically. I would have liked greens, pork, shrimp, something besides wontons in the wonton soup, but the flavor was excellent and even a little different than the usual so perhaps the chef knows what he/she is doing. The pineapple chicken was acceptable, nicely flavored and very close to what I remember as "authentic" New York City Cantonese cuisine. The beef and snow peas the same. All in all, a pleasant meal.
