    the food wasnt as good as it is in the restaurant but it was still really good! And the delivery was 20 minutes early. It was awesome!

    I'm never ordering from Austin Grill again. The food was cold, dry, and completely unappetizing. The last time I ordered from there, it was also cold and dry but on top of that, they had forgotten half the order.... which then took them another hour before I called and told them not to bother. I thought it was a one time fluke, but clearly they don't value their customers experience. Grubhub, however, was wonderfully apologetic and accomodating.

    My order wasn't right the first time and had to be sent back. When the food finally came, it tasted like it had been sitting out all day long. I don't think I need to order from there ever again.
