    This meal was out of this world! I love the food from the restaurant. I was craving mexican and this really hit the spot. The food was fantastic I had my fav steak chimichanga and my fav app queso dip. (Which is one of the best queso's I've had in the city). The only think that could have been better is if they contained the sour cream, quac, etc. It sort of all was together and during travel mixed a bit. Otherwise perfect.

    Awful. An hour and a half after ordering, I called GrubHub to find out where my food was, only to get a call back saying that even though my order was confirmed and received by the delivery company, the restaurant never got it. "Taxi TakeOut" offered to start a new order....for an hour after that. A two and a half hour wait for dinner? No thanks.

    Not sure who is to blame. Alero or Take Out Taxi (the delivery service). The food arrived cold. The "Ceviche Mixto" didn't taste right, so we did not eat it for fear of getting sick. Defiantly not worth the value, especially when you factor in the $11 delivery fee.

    The food and experience I had was terrible. First, it took about an hour and half for my (mediocre) food to arrive. The cheese dip was good (it was just cheese dip), but the rest of the order was gross. I had a grilled chicken burrito. The sour cream was all watery and tasted bad. The rice and beans it came with were both gross. If I had known the food would be so bad, I would have ordered from somewhere else and skipped paying $8 on delivery and $30 for TWO menu items. Alero, I don't know where you get off charging so much for your food and delivery, but I will not be a returning customer.
