    The food was completely cold when it finally arrived over an hour and a half late. I called to let them know I was dissatisifed and that I received food that was basically inedible, all they would do was offer 20% off the next time I order (as if I would ever order from them again).

    Villa York is dependable grub at a decent price. Food-wise alone, I'd give them 3 stars. But they are cheaper than all of their competition, and they are fast and friendly. Pizza is decent. Since no spot nearby has yet to blow my mind, I don't see any reason to pay more. Burgers are at least better than any fast food joint. Fries/appetizers are hearty. This is my go to spot. The service is always super fast and friendly. I wish they sold 2 liters and also that gave napkins out, though. 09.22.11- Everything was really delicious tonight! Cheese pizza was hot and just a little crispy on top in places, burger was perfect!

    I was excited to see this place pop up with such a nice menu, but have to admit that the Steak and Cheese was one of the worst I've ever had. The menu boasts that they have 12" East Coast style subs, but I was disappointed to find a burned and flavorless stale sub roll smeared with a very small amount of equally burnt steak, cheese and onions. The salad was fresh and the fries were good and steak cut, so maybe the other sandwiches are better. Just stay away from that steak and cheese!
