I call in my order every couple of weeks. They are friendly on the phone, and they have always gotten my order right with my order specs..spicy, not spicy, no veggies, etc. The food always comes super fast, packaged well, and hot. My favorites are the combination won ton soup, the house special eggplant with beef or chicken, the chow fun, and the chicken with string beans. Excellent food, excellent service!!

The food was okay. Not great. Delivery was SUPER fast, which was nice.

Tastewise, Tsing Tao is typical Chinese fast food delivery. The General Tsao's chicken was bland; it lacked life and flavor (I should have listened to the review below) . The chicken fried rice had a bit too much oil in it--I felt it could have used a bit more time on the wok. Furthermore, due to my severe dehydration the following day, I am fairly certain they used a good amount of MSG. However, my food was delivered in 19 minutes, a record I doubt can ever be topped by another restaurant. Customer service was great as pointed out--they ran out of root beer and politely asked me to choose an alternative. The food arrived piping hot and in generous portions for the price. Nothing wrong with that.

I appreciated the fact that I got my food 40 minutes earlier than expected, but the low-quality beef and mushy pot-stickers were a downer. I did, however, like that they use the dried little shrimps in the hot and sour soup. :)

Great fried rice, delivered when promised and even came in cute little white boxes! Recommended.
