disappointing. an hour after ordering, a delivery guy phones me for directions. another 20 min later he phones again for more directions (there are only 3 turns between his start point and my house, and this guy can't get that right). around 1.5 hours after ordering the cold thai food arrives, which wasn't even that good after reheating.

Delicious. Didn't come on time according to the grubhub email, but it was worth the wait. Fresh, not greasy, and really tasty. I will definitely order from them again.
Oh, and the peanut sauce is divine.

When I called, the person who took my order told me the minimum order was $25, not $10. I had to pad my order quite a lot to get them to come out.

On 9/12 I ordered food for 3 people which consisted of 6 dishes with rice (approx $50 worth of food). Note, I have ordered from this restaurant 4 other times with no problems - in fact, the food is generally pretty good.
However, on that night, the driver would not come up to my door - she insisted that I must go DOWN to the front of my building to pick up my food (which is lazy and stupid IMHO). So I did - when I got there, she then told me it took me TOO LONG to go down there and normally she would just be allowed to leave. How rude! No, she did not receive a tip.
On top of this, 1/2 of our order was completely wrong. And the food that was right? It was disgusting.
I will never order from here again.

The @Siam pot sticker is the absolute bomb, the best thing I've ever had!! Also the order was right on time and hot! I'm going to order from this place every time I want anything remotely Asian-food style. It's oh-so tasty.

So far none of the appetizers I've found appetizing for the price at least, ironically (I've had the crispy duck and chicken satay).
However, the main dishes so far have been delicious. Here are my rankings from what I have had: Blue Crab Fried Rice > Pad Khee Mao > Pad See-U > Pumpkin Curry. Also, note the curry does not come with any rice so be sure to purchase or make your own. Consistent quality and delivery times. A++

The food is always delivered early and they are always curteous. The first time I ordered, I paid with credit card, but decided to tip with cash. I promptly received a call from Chai Yo inquiring about the amount of tip I would provide to the delivery driver. I am not certain why I needed to tell them the amount and I may have gotten a little indignant. I did say that it was based on the service, but indicated what amount I would tip. When the food arrived, I noticed the receipt they had noted the tip amount.
Other than the strange tip call, the service is pretty good. The food is always hot when it arrives. I usually order the same thing, so I haven't tried the full menu.

Horrible service. I ordered my food and it finally showed up at my house 2.5 hours later. I called to check after an hour and was told 10 more minutes. I live 2 blocks from there so there is no excuse. Unacceptable.

I ordered Tom Ka Soup, Red Pumpkin Curry, Beef Sirloin Salad and Fresh Spring Rolls.
Everything was good. Particularly the Tom Ka Soup. The Red Pumpkin Curry had a lot of pumpkin compared to some other pumpkin curries I have had (a good thing!). I added Rooster Sauce to the curry as it wasn't as spicy as I like it, but the flavor was good. The order of spring rolls was huge - nine pieces!
Fast delivery, I will order again.

Very tasty but pretty expensive. The pad Thai was the only dish that wasn't quite right... the taste was good but the noodles were clumped together and had the wrong texture.

After my first great experience of great food delivered FAST, I had to try them again, then I tried them further, and I'm thinking of trying again now. i've ordered something different each time and it's ALL GOOD. Get the spicy pan fried, or some seafood. It's hella fresh! ^_^
