I tried to place an order for a hero sandwhich and apparently they dont know their own menu guy kept calling them sanwiches theres a difference and then after that was very very rude... not asking me to hold and just talking in back ground off the phone very rude very un professional.

Delivery time was okay, a few minutes over their 45 minute estimate. Thicker crust, which I like, but sparse on the cheese. The jalapeno poppers were good, but overall the food was hardly warm. I'd give them another chance, cause the food was decent, but I'll try other places first.
