Tastewise, Tsing Tao is typical Chinese fast food delivery. The General Tsao's chicken was bland; it lacked life and flavor (I should have listened to the review below) . The chicken fried rice had a bit too much oil in it--I felt it could have used a bit more time on the wok. Furthermore, due to my severe dehydration the following day, I am fairly certain they used a good amount of MSG. However, my food was delivered in 19 minutes, a record I doubt can ever be topped by another restaurant. Customer service was great as pointed out--they ran out of root beer and politely asked me to choose an alternative. The food arrived piping hot and in generous portions for the price. Nothing wrong with that.

I was very nervous ordering from Casa Hookah a few days ago from the inconsistent and negative reviews. The 1 hour wait on my first order did not help their case very much either. I was SO ready to crucify them in this review when I got my order.
Now, I've ordered four times and I have yet to change my order. Burger w/ cheese cooked medium rare, philly cheesesteak, and a chicken shawerma. I've waited four orders to post this review to check for consistency and the food has been consistently, hot, flame grilled and GOOD. Delivery times vary from 25 minutes to 1 hour...but the food has never been cold. I have never tried their Mediterranean dinner plates and I'm not sure I will. All I know is that so far, their sandwiches are amazing and the shawerma is tasty hot or cold, sober or not.

Chicken Makhni and Sag Paneer were delicious as usual. The vegetable fritters traveled well and were also perfect. I wish the garlic naan traveled better, but, it was still tasty. We got our food 25 minutes after we placed our order, 35 minutes early. This is definitely our favorite Indian take out!

This is quite possibly the WORST indian food i have experienced in SF, and I LOVE indian food. The delivery took forever and the benghan bartha was so over cooked it no longer resembled anything but the consistency of mashed potatoes. worse than that there was absolutely no flavor --- in indian food if you can believe it. I highly recommend tandoori mahal or india clay oven both of which share the same menu but have amazingly different food!

Food arrived on time and was packaged well. But the food was oily and did not taste good (this is coming from someone that eats lots of Indian food, has traveled to India and used to be married into an Indian family). They used low quality ingredients -- especially the shrimp and lamb. I will not order from them again.

Serrano's Pizza

The food here is very good, the mini calzone very very good, the vegetable lasagne was ok but very large in portion for the price, the pizza is good, not the greatest in town but pretty darn good and the delivery is quick and pleasant. I will definitely order from this restaurant again, the only thing I wish they offered shakes, but then again not many places do.

Really good, interesting flavors and very friendly delivery service.
This was my first time to order and the food showed up a little cold. I feel sure that once I order again, this won't be an issue.
It sure would be nice if they offered a freebie (rice, soup, noodles) for orders over a certain amount.

Extreme Pizza (Oceanview)

For some reason I cannot comfortably digest their pizzas. I have tried numerous times, to my stomach's objections. So I've pretty much given over to their twisted cheese sticks (wonderful gooey stuff), and the big chocolate chip cookie when I'm being naughty.
Delivery is always timely, though my delivery person is always surly.

Nothing fancy, but the pizza was very good. I ordered on a Friday night at 7pm and the pizza arrived in about 1/2 hour. The pizza was Hot and good and with a coupon the price was reasonable as well.

20 minutes after the "confirmed" delivery time, there was still no delivery so I called Pizza Joint and they said that a cashier had forgotten to put in the order. They said they would put the order in right away and rush it, and it would arrive in about 45 minutes. Over an hour after that (i.e., 2.5 hours after I initially ordered) it still hasn't arrived :(
