Speedy delivery, the driver was fantastic- but the manager on shift didn't take our coupon discount into consideration when totaling the order, even though my instructions were written clearly in GrubHub's provided space for extra instructions for the order- so it took twenty minutes for the manager on shift to decide whether to give us the coupon price for our meal. He ended up being upset with the driver, and it soured the experience. Pizza tasted great, fast delivery speed, open late (always a plus) but again, that manager really ruined the experience.

This place was horrible. Their so-called deep dish pizza was a lousy, cold soggy regular pizza with a stuffed crust. At least if they had called it a stuffed crust pizza, I wouldn't have felt lied to...I would have just felt like I got some lousy food that took too long to get here.
