    the philly cheesesteak was pretty good. the calzone was tasty. the service was timely. I ordered the burger. It was overcooked. It probably would have been a good burger if it wasn't so well done. It was a nice sized patty. The bun was a nice sesame bun. The other ingredients were fresh. I also ordered their wings. While these were not traditional wings, they were big, juicy, and pretty spicy. I enjoyed them. I ordered the calzone with pepperoni. It was consistent with the one from my first review. I enjoyed it very much. Ordering easy via Grubhub. Delivery was prompt, professional, and polite. Free 2 liter soda or 1.5 liter water with orders over $20.

    Utterly unimpressive. They forgot some of my pizza toppings and didn't follow my requests. Pizza wasn't great to begin with and the sandwich was worse. The marinara sauce tasted like ragu and the small salad barely had 6 pieces of lettuce. Overpriced, especially for the quality. The only good thing is that they deliver late.

    I've had a lot of problems with Pronto Pizza over the years. Most recently, whoever received my online order recorded it incorrectly, giving me onion rings instead of the jalapeno poppers. I double checked my grubhub confirmation to be sure, and the mistake was on their end. They gave me something I did not order or want, and that was more expensive, and then didn't want to come back and give me the correct order. They tried to bargain with me, saying that "next time you order, it will be free." This was incredibly frustrating because I don't want to order again, and it just seemed like a ploy to get more money from me. Finally, they got someone to drop off the correct items, which weren't that tasty anyway. Hardly worth the time, trouble, or money.
