Explanation given was that "their system" was shut down, and they only started it back up when I called to ask why my order hadn't been delivered. At that point, delivery was a prompt 20 minutes. Based on this one experience, I will probably be ordering by phone the next time.

Asian, Japanese, SushiOne of my top 2 sushi delivery favorites. Inventive rolls, fish is always fresh, fast delivery in the neighborhood, really nice staff. Highly recommend the Red Caterpilllar, the Hot Mama Special, the Sub 1000 and the Fire Cracker Balls (if you like non-traditional deep fried sushi goodness).

BUT the delivery takes forever and if you have to call for status you are in for rude - very rude - "customer service." they hang up on you and pay no mind to how long it takes for your delivery to arrive. not sure its worth it with so many chinese delivery options.

Pizza, Italian, Late NightOrder placed on 4.28.08.I have ordered several times in the last week. Spaghetti sauce is real tasty and meatballs are good too. Their pizza is excellent with many fresh toppings. Their philly cheesesteak is good, but a bit greasy. I am also pleased with their fries and garlic bread. I eat out a lot and have done so at many SF restaurants. This is definitely a good one in my opinion.

Asian, Japanese, NoodlesOrder placed on 8.4.08.I'm no expert on Japanese cuisine, but I know what I like and don't like and this is what I'll base the review on. The chicken okonomiyaki was tasty and filling. A nice ratio of chicken to veggies to batter to sauce. I got it without the ramen (showing that I can't hang with the Kansai crew) and as it was, I could barely finish it. The beef and enoki rolls practically melted in our mouths, and the robatayaki items hit the spot when paired with an ice cold beer. Minus a star because my roommate received hot chashu ramen instead of the cold we ordered, and my friend's yakisoba was a tad too oily.

MexicanOrder placed on 8.10.08.Mmm... I loooove the Super Haight Burrito. I'm normally a meat eater but this combo of sauteed mushrooms and peppers combined with guac and sour cream and yummy rice can't be beat! Also, their salsa is awesome. And the fish tacos are fab too. I love getting Mexican food delivered!

The dolmas are premade but are still pretty good. Delivery has always been faster than the time quoted which is nice considering the late hour I usually end up ordering.
