    Terrible. I ordered at 2:51pm and didn't receive my order until 5pm! It was frigid too by the time I got it. Placed order with the Haight location. When I called they said they faxed it to a different location. Called that location, said it hadn't even left the building yet. Will never order from them again.

    disappointing. an hour after ordering, a delivery guy phones me for directions. another 20 min later he phones again for more directions (there are only 3 turns between his start point and my house, and this guy can't get that right). around 1.5 hours after ordering the cold thai food arrives, which wasn't even that good after reheating.

    pretty awful. greasy, thick cheese, and floppy crust. breadsticks had no flavor and were served with cold marinara that had a lot of tomato paste in it. don't waste your money.

    I live in the TL and the food arrived lukewarm. I'd probably order from them again if i lived closer. The Kobe Burger was tasty and they obliged a substitution on a pizza I ordered. The pizza wasn't too bad, but seemed a little too garlic-salty.

    This place was so all over the place. I ordered from them for a lunch meeting at work. I ordered online at about 11am to be delivered at noon. The food arrived at 1:00. They called 4 times between my online order and receiving the food. My work is a new area of San Francisco, Mission Bay, and I often have time with delivery places, but this seemed a little extreme. They called once to get the location and then three times to say the food was on the way. Each time that it would be 15-20 minutes. The first call was 45 minutes before we got the food. The food was alright. It was what you would get at any Taquiria. We ordered supreme burritos with Sour Cream and Guac and none of them actually had either of those things, despite being charged for them. When we specified items not be on the food, those were correct. I won't order from here again.

    Tastewise, Tsing Tao is typical Chinese fast food delivery. The General Tsao's chicken was bland; it lacked life and flavor (I should have listened to the review below) . The chicken fried rice had a bit too much oil in it--I felt it could have used a bit more time on the wok. Furthermore, due to my severe dehydration the following day, I am fairly certain they used a good amount of MSG. However, my food was delivered in 19 minutes, a record I doubt can ever be topped by another restaurant. Customer service was great as pointed out--they ran out of root beer and politely asked me to choose an alternative. The food arrived piping hot and in generous portions for the price. Nothing wrong with that.

    AK Subs makes good sammies. Could do with a bit more care in the wrapping of said sammies when sent out for delivery, thus 4 instead of 5 stars. The chefs and delivery folks were like mercury on meth - had my food about 25 min after placing the order!

    ETA was an hour, and arrived in an hour and ten minutes. mango lassie was watery and like carrot orange, which was kind of strange. Chicken was good, good amount of spice. I'd order from here again, but hope for it to get here faster. It was kinda cold.

    Well I just spent $35 + tip on average Chinese food. Overpriced and the FIRST thing the delivery driver said to me was "do you have any tip for me?" Wow... $35 for 4 items is OK if the food was good, but unfortunately was not.

    I didn't verify that Big Lantern doesn't use MSG before ordering. It sure tasted like they did. The salt & pepper pork was probably 1/20 pork, the rest MSG laden pork fat. The mu shu pork came with flour tortillas that all stuck together and all in all just wasn't so good.

    I have had a terrible time finding any Thai restaurant in San Francisco which will make food for me that has had a pepper anywhere near it, so it came as a pleasant surprise when, upon ordering takeout, I have had multiple dishes of such spiciness that they actually caused me to sweat! I ordered Panang Nua (beef), and it was almost too spicy, which never happens; it also contained an assortment of vegetables, whereas many Thai restaurants serve only the curry sauce with strips of beef and maybe a few pieces of red bell pepper. Delivery has always been prompt and courteous. From my perspective, this is one of the best Thai restaurants in San Francisco.

    i had a serious craving for fish and chips so i ordered from here. i got some jalapeno poppers too, and paid for a mineral water. so utterly disappointing. the poppers were cold. i mean cold, as if they had not been heated. the fish combo basket was not cold. but it was a filet like van de kamps, chewy scallops, overdone calamari, not-too-great fries. it was definitely heated in an oven rather than fresh-fried for me. they forgot the mineral water which i paid for. delivery time was fine, but i would definitely not recommend.
