we ordered from them once, and liked it even though they put some of the toppings on the wrong halves. today, i got a pizza that tastes like the cheese is bad. most places would apologize and replace the pizza as quickly as possible but this was a 30 minute series of phone calls during which i was interrupted constantly and told over that nothing is wrong with the pizza that tastes bad. am i supposed to eat something that i feel is spolied? all i wanted was a new pizza in exchange for the old one. the manager finally angrily decided to refund my money and hung up on me. now it's almost 8 on a friday night and we are starving with no pizza. thanks a lot, piraat.

Ordered the rotisserie chicken with 2 sides. They called us because they didn't have one of the sides, which is fine, so we substituted. Then called back to say they didn't even have a rotisserie chicken, but had unfortunately already ran our credit card, what a scam! We ended up with a few pieces of chicken, salad, and some sides. The food was mediocre at best. Don't waste your time.
