Cheese Calzone - it was soggy and relatively flavorless. Tomato and Basil Pizza - this is another pizza where fresh basil is placed on a pizza early in the process and then cooked beyond redemption. the crust lacked any snap. Barbecue Chicken Sandwich - this was a very average sandwich. the bread was dry and lacked any real flavor or texture. the barbecue chicken was very standard. and that was pretty much it for the sandwich. The delivery time was slightly long (over an hour). But the delivery person was polite.

1. Delivery guy slightly confused at first that I had already paid online. 2. I ordered and paid for a pint of minestrone, but only received a container much smaller than a pint. 3. BBQ roti 1/2 chicken was delicious. Mashed Potatoes had very good consistency; gravy just ok. Mixed veggies were broccoli, carrots and cauliflower, all good when dipped in mash. Came with a basic sweetbread. Bottomline: would consider them again if I was too lazy to go out and I had a hankering for chicken.

we ordered from them once, and liked it even though they put some of the toppings on the wrong halves. today, i got a pizza that tastes like the cheese is bad. most places would apologize and replace the pizza as quickly as possible but this was a 30 minute series of phone calls during which i was interrupted constantly and told over that nothing is wrong with the pizza that tastes bad. am i supposed to eat something that i feel is spolied? all i wanted was a new pizza in exchange for the old one. the manager finally angrily decided to refund my money and hung up on me. now it's almost 8 on a friday night and we are starving with no pizza. thanks a lot, piraat.

We order from GrubHub 2 or 3 times per week and I have to say this was by far the WORST food I have ever tasted!

I had a bad experience with Piraat tonight. I ordered for the first time through grubhub at 545pm the pizza arrived at 7:10... that's too long. it was cold and low quality pizza. on top of that, they called me to say the price on grubhub was incorrect, and the pizza was a $1.50 more than advertised and then delivery was going to be another $1.50. I will not order from Piraat again.
