I ordered from them the other night and the order was estimated to take a little under an hour. It was almost 2 hours later when they showed up with our order, part of which was wrong as well as the shakes being melted. VERY unimpressed since I called when it was taking too long they told me he was 10 minutes away. I called back 20 minutes later and then the DRIVER called LOST!! They called me when I placed the order because (it was my fault) I still had my old cross street listed. We cleared that up and the driver STILL got lost! All in all a pretty unimpressive night of food for Poker. (Yup, had a house full of card players waiting for the food too...)

The food was great and it was delivered on time. The only reason they're not getting 5 stars is because the food was cold (not cold-ish...cold) when it arrived. Also, the delivery guy didn't have change, which seemed like a bit of poor planning. With that said, the food was very tasty and I'll be ordering from them again again for sure. UPDATE: So I ordered from them again last night. Again, the food was delicious, but also AGAIN the driver didn't bring change. This time I told the driver how much I wanted back and he said "really?" I responded with "yes," and he walked down to his truck to get the change. Please note that the amount I wanted back included over a 20% tip. If he had the change in his truck the entire time, why not bring to the house? It's a great tactic for making sure you get a tip if the person doing the tipping is too impatient to wait for you to go to your truck and come back with the change. For me, it just seems like poor customer service.
