Order placed on 11.3.09.This is the 2nd time I eat from Parrilla... Pros: 1. The portions are gigantic 2. Prices are relatively good 3. Fairly decent Mexican food 4. Good menu variety 5. They threw in some tortilla chips and salsa for free 6. Food got here just a few minutes later than anticipated. But the delivery man is sweet and all smiles Cons: 1. The portions are gigantic 2. The $45 minimum means a pretty large quantity of food. I ordered for myself only and ended up with today's dinner (w/ salad), a snack, tomorrow's lunch (w/ salad), and a couple of burritos that went in the freezer for a later date

Order placed on 8.3.09.I got the assorted tandoori platter, Vegetable Korma, and garlic naan. The Korma was divine and I was impressed with the tandoori platter. Lots of meat and deeeee-lish!!! I wish they made the naan with the cherries. That would seriously make my day.

Order placed on 11.21.08.This was by far the WORST food I have ever tasted. My roommate and I had to throw away the vegetarian lasagna and the fettucini alfredo because it tasted like rubber (and believe me, I eat almost everything). We ended up making pasta ourselves. What a waste!

Order placed on 10.13.09.I was very nervous ordering from Casa Hookah a few days ago from the inconsistent and negative reviews. The 1 hour wait on my first order did not help their case very much either. I was SO ready to crucify them in this review when I got my order. Now, I've ordered four times and I have yet to change my order. Burger w/ cheese cooked medium rare, philly cheesesteak, and a chicken shawerma. I've waited four orders to post this review to check for consistency and the food has been consistently, hot, flame grilled and GOOD. Delivery times vary from 25 minutes to 1 hour...but the food has never been cold. I have never tried their Mediterranean dinner plates and I'm not sure I will. All I know is that so far, their sandwiches are amazing and the shawerma is tasty hot or cold, sober or not.
