I placed my order around 7:30 PM, the estimated delivery time was 8:38 PM, when did the food actually get to me: 10:45 PM!!!! It took them almost 4 hours to get my food to me. Everytime I called, the answer was the driver already has left and that he would be there very soon, and I heard this beginning 9 PM. They are located near Golden Gate park apparently, but even given that, telling me it took their driver an hour and 40 minutes to get from Golden Gate park to Union Square is kind of ridiculous. The food was just ok, it was cold, which is no surprise. I wouldn't order from them again, well not unless I lived within a two block radius of Golden Gate park, at least then they will have no excuses.

They make each chai by the cup. I ordered a chai with Low Fat milk in a delivery order, and the staff went and bought low fat milk especially to make my drink. They went well above and beyond the call of duty. The dishes we ordered were superb. Uniquely and delicately spiced, everything was excellent. I will be ordering delivery again, and plan to visit the location for dinner some evening too.
