i ordered the vegan deep dish which costs a little over a dollar more than just a regular pizza, and got a normal crusted pizza. the pizza tasted okay, if a little on the cool side, and the delivery is prompt, but they really need to stop offering "deep dish" if this is what actually arrives.

Was good, but frustrating. I was so craving and ordered Deep Dish. And instead received my order on thin crust.

On-time delivery, driver was pleasant. The problem I had was with the style of pizza. When I think deep-dish, I think chicago-style deep dish pizza. The pizza i received was anything but deep-dish - the crust was certainly "thick", but the middle of the pizza was paper-thin (and mushy). That's not deep-dish pizza, sorry.

I previously ordered from here and was quite pleased, but not this time. The delivery took over an hour, however it was within minutes of the estimated time on grubhub so I cannot complain. The pizza though suffered....cheese was congealed, and the crust was undercooked and very doughy. I would probably order from a place closer to where I live next time.
