What a disappointment! Perhaps you shouldn't print "Delivered Hot & Fresh" on your box when the pizza you deliver is soggy and unpleasant. Our order showed up the first time wrong and it took over an hour (early evening on a TUESDAY, no less) for a replacement pie to show up. We've given them an enormous amount of business over the past 6 months but will shop around for another pizza place. Yuck.

Delivery to the Castro took exactly as long as they predicted. Good meatball sandwich, comparable to any other, really. We tried the an "authentic Brazilian dish" the Brasilian Chicken, and it was tasty. Nothing to rave about to friends but good and something different than the typical delivery.
