    I live in the TL and the food arrived lukewarm. I'd probably order from them again if i lived closer. The Kobe Burger was tasty and they obliged a substitution on a pizza I ordered. The pizza wasn't too bad, but seemed a little too garlic-salty.

    pretty awful. greasy, thick cheese, and floppy crust. breadsticks had no flavor and were served with cold marinara that had a lot of tomato paste in it. don't waste your money.

    I have only tried the chicken schwarma and the Mediterranean veggie platter. Absolutely will not order from them again. Schwarma chicken wasn't bad, but their babaghanoush, tahini salad, and hummus have a very odd "watered" down taste.

    Sandwiches are pretty good. Weren't soggy when it arrived (which has always been a concern of mine). Fries are waffle cut. I really like the fact that they have coupon deals.

    I ordered a mushroom burger, chef's salad, and garlic fries. Garlic fries were overfried and soggy by the time it got here. Regular fries were pretty good. Burger was soggy but good. Meat was overcooked. Chef's salad was generously portioned and good. The ranch given was extremely meager even though I paid for extra. The wait time neared 2 hours. LONG WAIT.

    AK Subs makes good sammies. Could do with a bit more care in the wrapping of said sammies when sent out for delivery, thus 4 instead of 5 stars. The chefs and delivery folks were like mercury on meth - had my food about 25 min after placing the order!

    the shakes were really really good, the fries good but cold, the salad was as expected and the two entrees came with pasta and vegetables that we were not expecting. Overall the experience was what I was expecting.

    This was good pizza! Thin crust. The right amount of toppings and cheese. Yum! The sauce is slightly sweet, which I like. I also ordered chicken wings that were actually spicy and cooked enough so that the skin wasn't still all plump and fatty. Good Caesar Salad, enough for two. Garlic bread was basic. I will order from here again when I am at my brother's house on Potrero Hill. My sister-in-law saved the menu as she also wants to order again. Delicious re-heated in the toaster oven so that the crust gets crispy.

    the food was really bad! i had ordered the chili dogs and i got cut up hot dogs in a nasty chili on top of about 2 pounds of white rice and no hot dog bun!

    Ive only ordered online and it never has been a problem. It does take a solid hour before u get your pizza though. But the thick crust available 24hrs a day hits the spot.

    about 40 minutes late, had to speak with them on the phone because grubhub said they didn't "approve" my order (which was just because they didn't see it for some reason, food was cold, not particularly flavorful. I guess that's not so terrible, but there are SO many options for pizza delivery in this city, I don't plan to choose this one again.
