Order placed on 4.18.09.Make no mistake, Asqew Grill is absolutely delicious if you can swing the high minimum delivery price. I have never had mashed potatoes so flavorful, corn on the cob so delicious, nor skewered beef so tender. This makes me wonder Asqew's claim of being a healthy choice is actually valid--I am fairly certain a lot of butter and oil were used. Nonetheless, there is no arguing the quality of ingredients used....Asqew Grill is solid in my book..

Order placed on 7.26.09.disappointing. an hour after ordering, a delivery guy phones me for directions. another 20 min later he phones again for more directions (there are only 3 turns between his start point and my house, and this guy can't get that right). around 1.5 hours after ordering the cold thai food arrives, which wasn't even that good after reheating.

Order placed on 5.15.09.I normally don't review restaurants on this site, as they are really quite tasty. However, this was by far the worst meal I have had on this site. The chicken was stringy and terribly pink and undercooked. The fried wontons were merely crushed fried pieces with nothing inside and the "free eggroll with a $15 purchase or more" was nowhere to be found. My stomach still hurts from the meal and I'm contemplating on calling the restaurant for some sort of refund. It was a really awful and sad meal that was not tasty and dreadfully undercooked.

Order placed on 8.17.08.Was quite happy with this place... Although much of the fare was standard Chinese, there were no glaring mistakes, and their "meatless" chicken was frickin' incredible. I could seriously see myself being vegetarian if this kind of treatment was the norm. Oh yeah, and they carry ostrich, and it's frickin' delicious.

Order placed on 10.28.09.AK Subs makes good sammies. Could do with a bit more care in the wrapping of said sammies when sent out for delivery, thus 4 instead of 5 stars. The chefs and delivery folks were like mercury on meth - had my food about 25 min after placing the order!

Order placed on 8.15.09.This was good pizza! Thin crust. The right amount of toppings and cheese. Yum! The sauce is slightly sweet, which I like. I also ordered chicken wings that were actually spicy and cooked enough so that the skin wasn't still all plump and fatty. Good Caesar Salad, enough for two. Garlic bread was basic. I will order from here again when I am at my brother's house on Potrero Hill. My sister-in-law saved the menu as she also wants to order again. Delicious re-heated in the toaster oven so that the crust gets crispy.

Incredibly slow delivery. We waited around an hour and 40 minutes to receive fairly cold food. The serves provided were huge, but the quality a bit average. The meat on the ribs was tender. Sides were awful - tired macaroni salad and solid ball of white rice.
