Our first time ordering here and we thought it was great - I am Chinese and I would say it's the best Chinese take-out place that delivers to our apartment. I love that the food is prepared without any MSG and it was not greasy. We ordered the Kung Pao chicken and Hot and Sour soup. The chicken was mostly chicken breast (not that mysterious stuff that you sometimes get) and the veggies were fresh and crisp. It also included slices of jalapenos, which I thought was the perfect touch. We had no problems with the delivery guy and the food came before our estimated time (but we did order late at night, ~9:30pm). We will definitely order from here again!!!

Tsing Tao

My order from Tsing Tao was delivered promptly at the estimated time. I especially enjoyed the Crab Puffs, Pot Stickers, Mu Shu Pork, and Honey Walnut Prawns. The Orange Beef and BBQ Pork Chow Mein were mediocre but better than some I've had at other restaurants. I'd definitely order from this restaurant again.

fast delivery, food delivered hot with generous portions. However, food quality was lacking compared to the many other asian delivery choices that exist in SF. That said I still will order from them again knowing what to expect.

Was quite happy with this place... Although much of the fare was standard Chinese, there were no glaring mistakes, and their "meatless" chicken was frickin' incredible. I could seriously see myself being vegetarian if this kind of treatment was the norm. Oh yeah, and they carry ostrich, and it's frickin' delicious.

I normally don't review restaurants on this site, as they are really quite tasty.
However, this was by far the worst meal I have had on this site.
The chicken was stringy and terribly pink and undercooked. The fried wontons were merely crushed fried pieces with nothing inside and the "free eggroll with a $15 purchase or more" was nowhere to be found.
My stomach still hurts from the meal and I'm contemplating on calling the restaurant for some sort of refund. It was a really awful and sad meal that was not tasty and dreadfully undercooked.

I ordered a green salad and a small hawaiian pizza. Delivery was about 10 minutes after the ETA, but that was fine. When the delivery guy arrived, he had forgotten my salad, but he was deeply apologetic and went right back to get it. Great food! Will order again

dim sum was horrible. i have had better stuff from the frozen section of may wah and ranch 99! they also forgot my ice cream, and the lady who took my call was flippant in her response. sauces were OVERLOADED WITH CORNSTARCH -- a sign of bad cantonese cooking! not as gross as that travesty called china house, but not as good as andy's, which is very, very mediocre. definitely one of the things i miss about the richmond district: proper chinese food!!
