Order placed on 4.18.09.Make no mistake, Asqew Grill is absolutely delicious if you can swing the high minimum delivery price. I have never had mashed potatoes so flavorful, corn on the cob so delicious, nor skewered beef so tender. This makes me wonder Asqew's claim of being a healthy choice is actually valid--I am fairly certain a lot of butter and oil were used. Nonetheless, there is no arguing the quality of ingredients used....Asqew Grill is solid in my book..

Order placed on 6.10.09.I've ordered from Asqew grill before, Grubhub usually gives a very accurate delivery time for them, for some reason though it took over an hour to have our meal delivered. Everything arrived in a lukewarm state and one of the bears ended up just going to bed without supper do to the 8.20 delivery time. (He won't eat past 8 due to specialized dietary restrictions. We three were disappointed and will think twice about ordering from Asqew next time.

Order placed on 11.19.08.Pace yourself! I ordered on Friday. Then on Saturday. Closed on Sunday...noooo. Then on Monday. And then I was all Greeked out. I was very surprised at the professionalism in both the preparation and delivery. They follow my instructions to the letter (usually I feel restaurants never bother to look at my extra notes) and they are ALWAYS prompt with delivery. The fries are hot and delicious. The mediterannean burger was seasoned and tasty. The steamed pastrami was surprisingly flavorful for being so lean. I wasn't impressed with the falafel although it was still good. The kebab plates have generous portions. I am very pleased with this restaurant. Just pace yourself otherwise you'll get sick of the food ;)

Order placed on 9.5.08.I appreciated the fact that when the delivery was running late, GrubHub updated the delivery time. Food arrived at the updated time (over an hour after ordering). One of my items was wrong, but the food was really good. Nonetheless, I'll probably order from a closer Indian restaurant next time, or call in my order.

Order placed on 8.10.09.The BLT was disappointing -- HUGE amounts of bread (Each piece individually was almost too big for my mouth), too much bacon, too little lettuce and tomato. The salad was okay but they gave me the wrong dressing for some reason, and my boyfriend says his burger tasted like they bought a frozen patty at Costco and cooked it a week ago - he said it would be better as a hockey puck than food. The free 2 liter of coke was good.

Order placed on 5.15.09.I normally don't review restaurants on this site, as they are really quite tasty. However, this was by far the worst meal I have had on this site. The chicken was stringy and terribly pink and undercooked. The fried wontons were merely crushed fried pieces with nothing inside and the "free eggroll with a $15 purchase or more" was nowhere to be found. My stomach still hurts from the meal and I'm contemplating on calling the restaurant for some sort of refund. It was a really awful and sad meal that was not tasty and dreadfully undercooked.

This is quite possibly the WORST indian food i have experienced in SF, and I LOVE indian food. The delivery took forever and the benghan bartha was so over cooked it no longer resembled anything but the consistency of mashed potatoes. worse than that there was absolutely no flavor --- in indian food if you can believe it. I highly recommend tandoori mahal or india clay oven both of which share the same menu but have amazingly different food!
