    My husband and I order cheesesteak sandwiches from here weekly. It isnt that they are the best we have ever had but they are consitently good, rarely mess up our custom orders, offer all the fixings, fast with the delivery and their fries are these big almost wedge like steak fries...delicious!

    Irving pizza has awesome crust and the best chicken strips. But...they make too many mistakes. I used to order from them regularly, but 50% of the time they either put onions on our veggie pizza when we ask them to remove them, or they forget to include the ranch with the chicken strips. And when you want a replacement pizza (my gf is allergic to onions) they don't even bother to rush the replacement. I ask for extra ranch all the time, the NEVER include it even though I am willing to pay for it. The food would be great if they could get the order right. It's too bad that I have to find a new pizza place because I really enjoy this one when they can get it right. But waiting an hour and a half for the correct pizza just isn't worth it.

    I really like their sandwiches, so I always end up ordering from them, but the order is always late and last time they delivered chicken wings instead of mozarella sticks, and could not offer a refund nor an order of mozarella sticks. The food is good, but the customer service is extremely poor.
