I'm pretty sure I've ordered from them in the past without any complaints, but this most recent time was a nightmare. It took THREE hours to deliver the two items I ordered. I had ordered a garlic chicken curry, but when I opened my bag, they had given me chic peas instead?!? I called them and they let me keep the chic peas, but I had to wait another 30 minutes for them to deliver that item. Almost 4 hours wait for my lunch. (which ended up arriving around my DINNER time) It may have just been a bad night for them since I don't see any other bad reviews about them. I don't plan on ordering from this restaurant ever again. The food was really good, for what its worth.

Order placed on 1.7.08.Three stars for their always delicious sweet breads and the Chicken Saag. But come on guys: 1) I was called to be informed that my credit card did not work. I had just gone out and purchased coffee for my food around the corner. Then went out again to make sure my card was okay. Learn how to use a credit card machine. 2) The man who delivered this meal to me had all the personality of a damp rag. 3) This is NOT a cucumber salad: Take cucumbers. Wash them. Cut off skin. Cut into thick circles. Slap in box. Charge a lot of money.

Order placed on 5.12.07.Decent food but terrible service. After waiting not too long for the order, I opened all the items but did not find my samosas. Realizing I had received the wrong order, looking at the ticket, it was obvious that the driver switched my order with another customer as their address was scratched out and mine written above it. Upon calling the restaurant, the manager suggested I just keep the order delivered as it was of slightly greater value than what I ordered and they would "give me some samosas" the next time. I expressed dissatisfaction with this as the order delivered did not include a single item I had ordered. He then placed me on hold and let the call drop. I reluctantly started to eat the food delivered as I was hungry when the delivery driver called and said he would be back by to pick up the mistaken order. I informed him that I had already begun on the food but that I would at least like to receive my samosas. He grunted noncommittally and I did not hear from them again.
