The food is decent here, but the delivery service is terrible. We ordered last night at 7pm and after an original 20-40 minute estimate, the food didn't arrive until 8:45, after I had called them twice - once at 8pm and once again at 8:25. At 8pm they claimed the food had been out for 20 minutes, and at 8:25 they claimed the driver was stuck in traffic (going from lombard in the marina to north beach - i'm highly skeptical). I told them several times that we had to leave for the airport at 8:45 so they might want to tell the driver to hurry - needless to say we never received the food because we had to leave. I'm glad I said I would pay cash so I didn't have to choose between shoving cold chinese food down my gullet while racing late to the airport or having to eat the cost of the food. The owner wasn't even prepared to make it up to us - he just kept saying that he was sorry. It was truly bush-league and I won't be ordering from them again.
