Delivery was extremely slow. There was no customer service at all!!! My husband and I decided to try out this place the other night. We waited for about an hour and still there's no food in sight. I decided to call the restaurant and inquire the whereabout of our food. The guy who answered the phone was very rude and impatient. He told us that the delivery guy just left 5 minutes ago. We had to wait for another half hour or so to finally get our food. When the food finally arrived, everything had turned stone-cold. Not only that, the food was pretty pricey. I would NOT recommend this place to anyone because this is by far the worst online ordering experience we've ever had.

pretty basic, not very good mexican food. outside of the mission, its tough to find and fills a void.....but ehh. i've been here a couple times to the restaurant and had delivery once. their salsa is smoky but good, the guac seems its not made of avocados actually. more like a green, creamy paste. its DEFINITELY not fresh when I've had it. the fajitas are good but intensely sweet spiced, the enchiladas were made with cheddar cheese that was hard as a rock when it reached my house. its expensive for the quality and i'd only go here if you're really having a mexican craving....

This was the second time I gave this restaurant a try and a second disappointment. Not only did they disregard special instructions, but they gave me shredded beef instead of ground beef. I dont like shredded beef or I would have ordered it that way. In addition, they placed my taco inside the container with everything else which made it completely soggy and impossible to eat by hand. Their chips and salsa are mediocre and they dont offer drinks on their menu. I wouldn't recommend this restaurant even if it was the only one delivering. Taco Bell would be much more satisfying.
