Order placed on 9.12.08.On 9/12 I ordered food for 3 people which consisted of 6 dishes with rice (approx $50 worth of food). Note, I have ordered from this restaurant 4 other times with no problems - in fact, the food is generally pretty good. However, on that night, the driver would not come up to my door - she insisted that I must go DOWN to the front of my building to pick up my food (which is lazy and stupid IMHO). So I did - when I got there, she then told me it took me TOO LONG to go down there and normally she would just be allowed to leave. How rude! No, she did not receive a tip. On top of this, 1/2 of our order was completely wrong. And the food that was right? It was disgusting. I will never order from here again.

I needed a large order for a dinner meeting (60 people) and Ratcha was great. I emailed for help with a larger order, and ended up getting a lot of personalized help from Raymond. They have a catering menu you can order from which makes it easier for groups. The food was delicious- lots of compliments from the guests. The only reason I didn't give 5 stars is because we over-ordered (had way too much food left over) and I think they could have helped us estimate the order better. We spent about $12 a person and could have cut the entire order in half. Otherwise, excellent! Will order again. Thanks.

Order placed on 8.11.09.I ordered Tom Ka Soup, Red Pumpkin Curry, Beef Sirloin Salad and Fresh Spring Rolls. Everything was good. Particularly the Tom Ka Soup. The Red Pumpkin Curry had a lot of pumpkin compared to some other pumpkin curries I have had (a good thing!). I added Rooster Sauce to the curry as it wasn't as spicy as I like it, but the flavor was good. The order of spring rolls was huge - nine pieces! Fast delivery, I will order again.

Order placed on 10.27.09.After my first great experience of great food delivered FAST, I had to try them again, then I tried them further, and I'm thinking of trying again now. i've ordered something different each time and it's ALL GOOD. Get the spicy pan fried, or some seafood. It's hella fresh! ^_^

Order placed on 6.1.09.The food is always delivered early and they are always curteous. The first time I ordered, I paid with credit card, but decided to tip with cash. I promptly received a call from Chai Yo inquiring about the amount of tip I would provide to the delivery driver. I am not certain why I needed to tell them the amount and I may have gotten a little indignant. I did say that it was based on the service, but indicated what amount I would tip. When the food arrived, I noticed the receipt they had noted the tip amount. Other than the strange tip call, the service is pretty good. The food is always hot when it arrives. I usually order the same thing, so I haven't tried the full menu. Where else can you get Mitchell's Ice Cream delivered to your home?

I'm all for full employment, but the person delivering my food could barely find his way off the curb. The fact that this guy is operating a vehicle to deliver food should concern us. He first went to the wrong address, then came late with the wrong food. I wish I had noticed before he shuffled off into the night. Instead, I had to call the restaurant, where a manager put the phone down while he yelled in staccato Thai at the driver. Apparently, the exchange was so enlightening that he forgot he had a customer on the phone. My repeated entreaties ignored, I eventually hung up the phone. The line was busy for the next 20 minutes as the phone sat on the counter... not that I have nothing better to do than call China Town Thai restaurants for hours on end. Moral of the story: eat somewhere else.
