My order was delivered without the two sides for the two mains. Both the brisket and the ribs were very fatty and were nearly inedible. I will not order from them again.

Tasty ribs! Definitely not the best I've ever had, but it exceeded my expectations for a delivery place in downtown SF. The cole slaw was pretty gross though. The potato salad was basically just mashed potatoes with pickle relish in them, although surprisingly tasty.

Good food, but every time I order they forget something.

I was disappointed that the sauce was already on the meat and smothering it. I never did taste the meat (which is what I wanted when I ordered), just the sauce. The cole slaw was nasty. Very soggy and wilted instead of crunchy and fresh. They included some bread with this but it was just bread from a grocery store bag -- nothing special (and not really bread, in my opinion). I definitely wouldn't order the cole slaw again, and would only order meat if I could get sauce on the side. Otherwise this would have been okay.

They didn't confirm the order online. I had to call myself and the first time I called, they didn't answer the phone and I received a generic voicemail message that didn't even identify who I was calling. I called back they told me that they where out of the Babyback ribs and Mac and Cheese! The guy I was talking to hung up before giving me a delivery time so I called back and some other guy told me that it would be at my house in under an hour. An hour and ten minutes later, I call I have to tell them my cross street and he says it will be there in ten minutes. A half an hour after that, I call AGAIN and the guy at the Pitt has to transfer me to the driver so I can give him directions to my house. He finally gets to my house, two hours after I ordered; the driver stuffs the food into my arms without even waiting to be tipped or to sign the credit card. The boxes of ribs and bbq chicken where soggy and falling apart not too mention that they forgot my potato salad AND my sodas!
