When I was living in San Francisco before, I loved Cybelle's, I was pretty much addicted to their calzones. I loved them. Back then would have given them a five star rating. Fast forward seven years - I move back to San Francisco. I am really looking forward to revisiting the pleasure of a Cybelle's calzone. I order it up. Anticipation building. It arrives on-time. The delivery guy is polite. I open the box. I find a soggy barely edible very bland mess. This was not the calzone I remembered. The mozarella sticks had very little flavor and what flavor they did have was not very good. Then I went and checked their online ratings. I am not sure what happened (possibly over expansion) but the quality sure has fallen off the charts. The bottom line is that I will not be eating at Cybelle's again unless I hear that the pendulum has swung back the other direction.

Another quick delivery from Cybelle's! Great salad, the jalapeno poppers were still hot and the soda was cold! And the delivery was much sooner than the estimated time... great service!

this place really disappointed me. They are 4 blocks away and managed to take over an hour and a half to arrive. The worst part though, was the food. I ordered the pizza bread, a BLT , and jalapeno poppers. simple right? Well i had to take the uncooked --and i do mean uncooked-- bacon off the sandwich, it was so horrible. i did enjoy my tomato toast sandwich after doing so though. the pizza bread looked like it might have been good, but whoever wrapped it managed to wrap it so tightly in tin foil that when it opened it took the top layer of "pizza" off the bread. threw away the rest. The poppers were still frozen inside. I pretty much decided to never order here again. if i could offer any advice cooking would make things a whole lot better. I wasted 20$ on food i not only threw away but cant figure out what took so long considering!

Y'all are trippin! This pizza is really good..... Only picky people complain lol. Love the mozarella sticks. Crust tastes perfect. I'm a native from SF too and out of all the other pizzas I've tasted in the city...this one hits the spot.
