First, let me just say that they are the NICEST people. Chef Edward's brother in law was my delivery person, and the Chef called me himself to confirm my order. I thought the mac n cheese was good, and the black eyed peas were off the chain. Excellent quality meat. I had brisket and ribs. The sauce is tastes a little tomatoey, but I think it comes down to preference. It is clearly homemade sauce, and I like mine a little tangier. At least it's fresh and is true Southern-style. I can't deal with spicey food (i.e. salt is too spicey for me), so if you get the beans, beware there is a little kick. I also enjoyed the potato salad. The cornbread is excellent. It's a combination between a corn fritter and a hushpuppy. Delicious. Overall, worth the money and amazing staff.
