It has been two hours since I ordered a cheesesteak, fries and a salad from Cable Car Pizza. I have called GrubHub twice to find out about my order, called Cable Car three times. GrubHub was helpful; but, the staff of Cable Car was rude, dismissive and kept hanging up on me. Provided I ever GET my food from Cable Car I'm sure it will be cold as a rock (considering it has been two hours.) Never again will I order from this establishment. I encourage anyone reading to give serious thought to doing so, as well.

Okay I have rewrite this review as I have just ordered from them and actually the food I'm digging into now is actually not bad.I recommend the Burger sandwich that comes with the fries.I'm eating it right now and it's really tasty.I ordered a small Hawaiian pizza also tonite and it actually tastes good. They've improved.The estimated delivery time here says 1:19.They got here around 1 sharp.Delivery guy was nice.

It took one hour and ten minutes for my order to arrive, and I am 5 blocks from the shop. The pizza was not fully cooked and the sauce was devoid of any flavor. 8 cold, hard mozzarella sticks for $7.95. This place was my worst experience with a GrubHub restaurant to date. Never again.
