I called and ordered food and it never came! I called back twice and was told both times the food is on the way and it never came. Now they are closed and nobody is answering the telephone. AND, my credit card was charged without a signature OR MY FOOD! Jeez...

The food is good but the service sucks! I called to see if they could make a vegi philly and they told me (after being on hold for 5 min "we don't create nothin"

i paid $8 dollars for fried mozzarella and only received 5 tot-sized fried mozzarella. i paid $8 for a burger that looked like it came from mcdonalds. and didnt get my food until an hour and a half of ordering. I WARN YOU DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS RESTAURANT THEY SHOULD NOT BE ON THIS SITE!

Philly cheese steak is pretty crappy but edible. Got mozzarella sticks and there wasn't any cheese in them! Not sure how that happens but it was a bunch of bread tubes with NO CHEESE in them :[ Also 20 mins late with delivery. Should have learned my lesson after the first time. I will be fair and say I haven't had their pizza, which I hope is their specialty otherwise they have nothing going for them.
