hit or miss. they run out of items frequently and call to substitute for something else. they also did not put any cheese on my barbecue burger which made it incredibly dry. and it was supposed to come with jack cheese. that totally irritated me because their prices are pretty expensive and i expect to at least get cheese on my cheeseburger. but the meats are always fresh and when it's available, the grilled artichokes are the tastiest thing on the menu.

Delivered on time (one hour). Garlic mashed potatoes! Mmmmm! Ribs were tender and a good sized portion. Salmon herb skewer was good. Butternut squash soup delicious. Side "spinach/mixed greens with caesar dressing" was very, very small, only had mixed greens, I don't know what the dressing was, but it wasn't caesar. Side of coleslaw that came with the ribs and salmon was soggy and gross due to being under hot food. Mac-n-Cheese, blah. Big bonus points for all the containers being biodegradable

I've eaten at the store on Haight and the food's always been good. I have to say the delivery was a little disappointing. Everything was lukewarm (at best). The ribs were tasty, but on the dry side. The grilled pita and hummus was nice, but could've had more pita, and the BBQ chicken skewer was minimal on the chicken and also fairly dried out. They arrived earlier than anticipated, but I'd have rather had warm/juicy food.

Food was decent. New hamburgers are good although my tater tots weren't warm anymore. I still love their artichokes! Ordered the queso and it arrived cold so I needed to reheat it - just okay. The mac and cheese was just okay as well. I would reorder the hamburger again and the artichoke. Wish the other stuff was as good! I used to really really like this place.

The balsamic beef was good but the butternut squash soup was very watery. Delivery was quick.
