Order placed on 2.18.08.I'm from southern California, and since moving to San Francisco, I have missed good mexican food. Until I found La Parilla Grill. Great burritos. The $40 order minimum is a little high, but with 6 roommates, I have no problem with that. Delivery time is decent, and the food is still hot when it arrives.

Order placed on 3.17.09.Pretty good Italian-American fare. Pasta Gorgonzola is great. Pasta Hot sausage is more expensive, but tastes cheaper. Plus, they forgot the artichoke hearts in mine--and replaced them with peas. I haven't tried the pizza, but will definitely order one or two of their dishes again.

Order placed on 8.15.09.This was good pizza! Thin crust. The right amount of toppings and cheese. Yum! The sauce is slightly sweet, which I like. I also ordered chicken wings that were actually spicy and cooked enough so that the skin wasn't still all plump and fatty. Good Caesar Salad, enough for two. Garlic bread was basic. I will order from here again when I am at my brother's house on Potrero Hill. My sister-in-law saved the menu as she also wants to order again. Delicious re-heated in the toaster oven so that the crust gets crispy.

Order placed on 11.26.08.I ordered a mushroom burger, chef's salad, and garlic fries. Garlic fries were overfried and soggy by the time it got here. Regular fries were pretty good. Burger was soggy but good. Meat was overcooked. Chef's salad was generously portioned and good. The ranch given was extremely meager even though I paid for extra. The wait time neared 2 hours. LONG WAIT.

Order placed on 11.13.09.i had a serious craving for fish and chips so i ordered from here. i got some jalapeno poppers too, and paid for a mineral water. so utterly disappointing. the poppers were cold. i mean cold, as if they had not been heated. the fish combo basket was not cold. but it was a filet like van de kamps, chewy scallops, overdone calamari, not-too-great fries. it was definitely heated in an oven rather than fresh-fried for me. they forgot the mineral water which i paid for. delivery time was fine, but i would definitely not recommend.

Order placed on 7.14.08.This place committed a cardinal sin! After GrubHub confirmed delivery, the restaurant also called to confirm the address and cross street. When the food didn't arrive by a half-hour past the promised time, we called to check in and were told it was almost here. Ten minutes later, they called back to say the kitchen actually kind of forgot to make our order.

Order placed on 11.7.09.The food here is very good, the mini calzone very very good, the vegetable lasagne was ok but very large in portion for the price, the pizza is good, not the greatest in town but pretty darn good and the delivery is quick and pleasant. I will definitely order from this restaurant again, the only thing I wish they offered shakes, but then again not many places do.
